NowLine — Support

NowLine puts every time zone you care about on one shared timeline: drag it, and every card moves together, so you can see what time it is for everyone at once.

Get in touch

For questions, bug reports and feature requests:

support@tilveno.com

We aim to reply within two business days. The fastest route is Settings → About → Send feedback inside the app — it fills in the app version, your device model and your language automatically, which is usually what we would have to ask for otherwise.

If you are writing by email instead, please include the app version (Settings → About), your device model and OS version, and what you did just before the problem appeared.

Frequently asked questions

How many cards can I add?

Three, for free. A single one-time purchase removes the limit — it is not a subscription, and there is no recurring charge. Tapping "add" on a fourth card opens the Premium screen.

I paid, but my cards are limited again

Open the Premium screen and tap Restore Purchases. This happens after reinstalling or moving to a new device. You must be signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the purchase — a purchase is tied to the store account, not to the device.

The first card was the wrong city

On first launch NowLine guesses a starting city from your IP address, which is approximate and is often wrong behind a VPN or a corporate network. Swipe the card away and add the right one from search. The app does not use GPS and does not ask for location permission.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Time zone rules and the searchable city index ship inside the app, so clocks, search and the timeline all work with no connection. The only thing that uses the network is that one first-launch city guess.

How do I look at a different time?

Drag the timeline sideways — every card moves with it, so you are reading the same moment in every zone. Let go and it drifts back to now after about five seconds; double-tap to snap back immediately.

What are the orange and blue stripes on the timeline?

Daylight saving transitions. Orange marks the hour that is skipped when clocks go forward; blue marks the hour that repeats when they go back.

Can I rename a card?

Double-tap the card, or use the edit icon in edit mode, and type any label you like — a person's name, an office, a project. Clearing the text restores the original city name.

Can I reorder or delete cards?

Long-press a card and drag to reorder. Swipe a card to delete it, or use edit mode. Deleting asks for confirmation.

Where are the settings I might want?

Settings covers the 12- or 24-hour clock, the theme (Automatic, Light, Dark or Midnight), haptics, and the interface language. NowLine is translated into ten languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic and Chinese.

How do I turn off analytics?

Settings → Privacy. With it off, the analytics SDK is never started at all. Note that crash reports travel through the same SDK, so turning it off stops those too — details in the Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my data?

Everything you create in NowLine is stored on your device, so deleting the app deletes it. The full answer, including analytics, is on Deleting your data.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, not by us — through Apple or Google Play. If something is broken, write to us first; we would rather fix it.
